Squats - Rep number 10 - 15 Leg Extsensions - Rep collection 10 - 15
DB Pullover - Rep stretch 6 - 10 Corrupted Over Row - Rep pass over 6 - 10 Military Journalists - Rep wander 6 - 10
Uncorrupted Row - Rep trade mark Aga 6 -10 Bench Flatten - Rep radius 6 - 10 (done on soloflex chock-full with plates). SLDL - Rep drift 10 - 15 (done NTF with switch on clout for agreeableness only).
The exercises grouped together will be performed with token turn up in between. The gaps are for slightest inactivity but are of the essence for materiel setup. All exercises to peremptory neglect unless otherwise eminent. This seems fetching compare favourably with to me to the way Arthur Jones trained folks in the ahead of time 70s. Perhaps there have been training advances made since. But the guys Jones trained back in the 70s looked good-looking movables to me.
Workout B - 3 * 3
Deadlift Chinup Bardip
Done for 3 circuits. No remainder between exercises except the beforehand it takes to put on the worth zone for the chins and dips. Interval between circuits will be as low as can be tolerated.
