My trics are sore and chest but can I workout my biceps and shoulders today?
So 2 days ago I worked out my Tri's and Chest and there still kinda sore today
I want to work out my bis and shoulders today because tomorrow Ima sleepover at my cousins house and party, so that's my break for like 4 days
And my back is kinda sore too
So do u think it's a good idea to workout my biceps and shoulders today?
Or is it bad because I'm already sore elsewhere in my body?
Why not work your legs today? or core? That would give the other muscle groups a chance to rest which is obviously needed. Cardio is also an option.

workout...............?
I am trying to get back in shape and I will be doing high Intensive training. I am going to start running and swimming (doing these in the same day, running in the morning or afternoon and swimming at night) and probably do about 30 minutes of light workout before swimming . I am not sure how to schedule my routine but if anybody out there can help me I would really appreciate it.
Running in the morning is alright,as long as you do proper stretching.
Stretch before and after swimming.At first don't do hard swimming exercises.Start at first by working with a kick board and work on the different kicks,you may use fins as well.Then start by learning the proper techniques for the different styles.Just the basics.You don't have to swim fast to losses weight and get into shape,just being in the water makes you lose weight actually.You lose weight when you fight the water to stand straight or keep afloat.You don't need to swim for hours to get into shape,maybe and hour or 30 minutes a day will be good.And remember to keep it simple at first,only a few laps.

What kind of workout routine should i use to get cut?
I am 20 years old and workout regularly, usually 5 days a week. I take a pre-workout nitrous oxide booster and a lean mass protein post-workout. I am satisfied with my size and strength, I just want to be more defined. Any suggestions?
The diet is the most important factor in showing definition. Also, working in the 12 to 15 rep range, with 13,14 and 15 being hard to get up, will really put the blood to the muscles..getting lean is more about diet that the workout. A full 70% of how you'll look for a show date three months out will come from your diet..Only 20% will come from the workout regardless of how you do it..and maybe 5% from supplements that work for you..

What is a good treadmill workout for beginners?
I just got a treadmill and I am a beginning runner. I want to gain muscle and lose fat off my mid section, arms, breasts, and everywhere. I was wondering what is a good treadmill workout. I've always heard that running intervals like 2 minutes fast pace than 2 minutes slow pace and so on is a good way to workout. But I would think that running a good 25-30 minutes fast pace is also a good workout. Which way is more efficient and what is an overall good workout plan?
Start with a 10 min warm up
then increase the incline to about 3-5 % ggrade (Uphill)
Run hard uphill for 3min
then slow the pace for 1min 30 sec (90sec)
Repeat this process for 3-miles the first week, then add 2 more miles for a total of 5-miles. The following week increase the percentage (% )of incline a little more. This Will make the run even more challenging for you.
Or you can increase the time you run hard (and the recovery as well) by 1-2 minutes.
drink 8-12 oz of water and 25 grams of protein
(should be done within the first 30 min...... after exercising)
warm down for 10 min and then stretch out for 30 minutes
have fun

How to start a workout discipline when you have not that costum?
I am geting fater everyday and filling more and more tyred. I am sure that this is due to the lack of workout since I have been living las 5 years too busy (work-house, house-work), I have tried to workout but find it very difficult, I start today and tomorrow I dont want even think about, but I am completelly sure that I need workout to improve my body and health condition. Is there any hint on how to do it?
Just do it and make sure to mix it up and have fun. Don't view it as working out. Start taking walks on your lunch break or when you get home from work. A simple 20 minute stroll around the neighborhood could make you feel better. When you are just sitting around staring at the TV screen get on the floor and do some crunches or push ups. Get a barbell set and start lifting weights while you are just sitting in front of the TV or computer. Buy a workout video, something like Taebo where it's a low impact work out that delivers great results. Good Luck!
